DECISION

The Applicant had previously appeared before the Committee   where his application for amnesty in respect of an attack upon the SASOL II   complex was considered and finalised.  Applicant's amnesty application form   also refers to activities in regard to the establishment and equipping of Self-Defence   Units.  Save to indicate that these activities occurred on the instructions   of Ronnie Kasrils, no details had been furnished in respect thereof.  Applicant   accordingly failed to make a full disclosure.  There is, moreover, no indication   that Applicant committed any offence in this regard.  The application accordingly   fails to comply with the requirements of the Act and amnesty is REFUSED in regard   to unspecified activities relating to the establishment and equipping of Self-Defence   Units.
