DECISION

Applicant's amnesty application was heard by the Committee   and partly finalised in terms of the decision dated 1 February 1999.  That decision   did not deal with the application in respect of the unlawful possession of arms   and ammunition as part of the robbery incidents which were dealt with.  Amnesty   was refused in respect of the robberies.

For the reasons more fully set out in the decision dated   1 February 1999, we are also not satisfied that the application in respect of   the unlawful possession of arms and ammunition complies with the requirements   of the Act.  The offence was clearly not associated with a political objective.

In the circumstances, amnesty   is REFUSED.
