Chairperson and members of the Committee, I have consulted with the applicant and during consultation, it transpired that it would be very difficult for us to proceed with this matter, as there are a number of issues that need to be investigated and that we prepare properly for the hearing. As such, with the concurrence of the applicant, we decided that we should approach the Committee and ask for a postponement of this matter, until we are fully prepared for the hearing of this matter.
