Terrorism - contravention of Section 54(1) read with Section 1, 54(5), 54(6), 54(7), 64, 67, 68, 69 and 73 of the Internal Security Act, No 74 of 1982, during the period July 1991 to January 1992; 2. Contravention of Section 6(1) read with Section 6(2) of the Explosives Act, No 26 of 1956 in the district of Pretoria during the period July 1991 to January 1992; 3. Theft of explosives at or near Rustenburg Platinum Mine in the Regional Division of the Northern Transvaal during 1991.
