			<text>The applicant was, during 1992-1993, a member of the African National Congress Youth League at Port Elizabeth.  He participated in activities amounting to arson and public violence and for which he was convicted and sentenced.  he acted as a supporter of the African National Congress and completely in the interests of the aforementioned organisation.  The requirements of Act 34 of 1995 have been complied with.  The applicant is consequently GRANTED amnesty for:</text>
