Amnesty is therefore granted in respect of the following offenses: a) contravention of Section 27 (10 of the Explosives Act 26 of 1956 of intentionally causing and explosion at Easigas Plant, Port Elizabeth; and b) contravention of Section 6 of the Explosives Act 26 of 1956 having been in unlawful possession of explosive material.
