			<text>The Amnesty committee having considered the nature of the offence and the application of Wele Shylock Matomela is satisfied:</text>

			<text>1. the application falls within the ambit of Section 19(3)(b) of the Act 34 of 1995, and</text>
		</line>
		<line number="5">
			<speaker></speaker>
			<text> 2. the requirements set out in Section 20 of the Act having been complied with.</text>
		</line>

			<speaker></speaker>
			<text>Amnesty is therefore granted in respect of the following offenses:</text>
		</line>

			<speaker></speaker>
			<text>a) contravention of Section 27 (10 of the Explosives Act 26 of 1956 of intentionally causing and explosion at Easigas Plant, Port Elizabeth; and</text>
		</line>

			<speaker></speaker>
			<text> b) contravention of Section 6 of the Explosives Act 26 of 1956 having been in unlawful possession of explosive material.</text>
