Amnesty if therefore GRANTED in respect of the following offences: 1. contravention of section 27(1) of Act 26 of 1956 2. contravention of section 28(1) of Act 26 of 1956 3. contravention of section 5 (1) of Act 26 of 1956 inasfar as the said contravention's relates to the explosion at or near the Municipal Police Offices at Wesselsbron on the 26th march 1994 and the illegal possession of explosives in connection therewith.
