(b) The acts, omission or offences to which the application relates are acts associated with a political objective committed in the course of the conflicts of the past. (c) That the relevant facts pertaining to the particular offence have been disclosed. (d) That the offence does not contain a gross violation of human rights. 2 Amnesty is therefore GRANTED in respect of the following offence Causing malicious injury to property by spraying political slogans on a bus terminal wall in the George area on the 29th of December 1985, for which offence the applicant was convicted in February 1986.
