The Committee, having considered the application and relevant documentation, is satisfied that: a) the application complies with the requirements of the Act, Act 34 of 1995; b) the act, omission or offence to which the application relates are acts associated with a political objective committed in the course of the conflicts of the past; c) that the relevant facts relating to the particular offence have been disclosed. 2. Amnesty is therefore GRANTED in respect of the following offences. a) Malicious Damage to property during September 1988 at the Community Centre Building, Cape Town and any offence or delict directly related to the above excluding any gross violation of human rights as defined in Act 34 of 1995 as amended.
