The application falls within the ambit of Section 19(3)(b) of Act 34 of 1995; and 2. The requirements set out in Section 20 of the Act have been complied with. Amnesty is therefore GRANTED in respect of the following offences 1. The unlawful possession of firearms, on 7,62 x 39 calibre AK47. 2. 7,62 x 39mm MPIKMS on or about the 28th September 1993. (Signed)
