			<text> 1. The Committee, having considered the application and relevant documentation is satisfied that:</text>

			<text> a. The application complies with the requirements of the Act, Act 34 of 1995;  </text>

			<text> b. The act, omission or offence to which the application relates are acts associated with a political objective committed in the course of the conflicts of the past;</text>
