In the course of his activities as such, he caused the destruction of the home belonging to Mr Mazibuko, at No. 4 Ext. 2, Thokoza. The home was empty at the time and petrol-bombed. It was destroyed. It was done as an attack on a member with whom he had a political conflict. We are satisfied that he has complied with the requirements of Act 34 of 1995 as amended and in terms of which he applies for amnesty in respect of Arson committed on the property of Mr Mazibuko. Amnesty is accordingly GRANTED . SIGNED ON THE 30TH MARCH 1999.
