			<text>The applicant applies for amnesty in terms of Act 34 of 1995 as amended (the Act) in respect of Malicious Injury to Property.</text>

			<text>During 1987 there was a general call for a stay away from work in Pretoria.  It was based on political decision.  The succes thereof, it was the reason, was to stop public transport amongst other tactics.  In pursuance of this goal the applicant directed a petrol bomb at a public bus causing it to be damaged extensively.</text>
