			<text> 1. The Committee, having considered the application and relevant documentation, is satisfied that:</text>

			<text> a) the application complies with the requirements of the Act, Act 34 of 1995;</text>
		</line>

			<speaker></speaker>
			<text> b) the act, omission or offence to which the application relates are acts associated with a political objective committed in the course of the conflicts of the past;</text>
		</line>
		<line number="5">
			<speaker></speaker>
			<text> c) that the relevant facts relating to the particular offence have been disclosed.</text>
		</line>

			<speaker></speaker>
			<text> 2. Amnesty is therefore </text>
		</line>

			<speaker>GRANTED</speaker>
			<text>in respect of the following offences.</text>
		</line>

			<text>a) Malicious damage of property at the Delareyville taxi</text>
		</line>

			<speaker></speaker>
			<text> rank on the 2nd February 1994 caused by the using of</text>
		</line>

			<speaker></speaker>
			<text> explosives.</text>
		</line>
		<line number="11" isquote="true">
			<speaker></speaker>
			<text>b) Contravening of Section 6 and 2 of Act 26 of 1956 and/or Section 54(3) of Act 74 of 1982 in connection with the above mentioned offence and the illegal possession of explosives.</text>

			<text>c) Any other offence directly linked to the above facts excluding any gross violation of human rights as defined in Act 34 of 1995.</text>
