The Committee, having considered the application and relevant documentation, is satisfied that: a) the application complies with the requirements of the Act, Act 34 of 1995; b) the act, omission or offence to which the application relates are acts associated with a political objective committed in the course of the conflicts of the past; c) that the relevant facts relating to the particular offence have been disclosed. 2. Amnesty is therefore GRANTED in respect of the following offences. a) Malicious damage of property at the Delareyville taxi rank on the 2nd February 1994 caused by the using of explosives. b) Contravening of Section 6 and 2 of Act 26 of 1956 and/or Section 54(3) of Act 74 of 1982 in connection with the above mentioned offence and the illegal possession of explosives. c) Any other offence directly linked to the above facts excluding any gross violation of human rights as defined in Act 34 of 1995.
