			<text>1. The Committee, after having considered the application and relevant documentation, is satisfied that</text>

			<text>a. the application complies with the requirements of the Act, Act 34 of 1995;</text>

			<text> b. the act, omission or offence to which the application relates are acts associated with a political objective committed in the course of the conflicts of the past;</text>

			<text> c. that the relevant facts relating to the particular offence have been disclosed.</text>

			<text> (b) Contravening Section 6 of Act 26 of 1956 in being in illegal possession of explosives during February 1994 at Port Shepstone.</text>
		</line>

			<speaker></speaker>
			<text> (c) Contravening Section 54 (3) of Act 74 of 1982 by preparing explosive devices and being in illegal possession thereof during February 1994 at Port Shepstone. </text>
