The Committee, after having considered the application and relevant documentation, is satisfied that: a. the application complies with the requirements of the Act, Act 34 of 1995; b. the act, omission or offence to which the application relates are acts associated with a political objective committed in the course of the conflicts of the past; c. that the relevant facts relating to the particular offence have been disclosed. 2. Amnesty is therefore GRANTED in respect of the following offences (a) unlawful possession of a firearm and (b) ammunition SIGNED ON THE 25TH DAY OF MAY 1999
