Murder of Japie Theledi at Bushbuckridge on or about April 1993; 2. Attempted murder of Miemie Matsane and Boy Mokoena at Bushbuckridge on or about April 1993; 3. The unlawful supply and possession of firearm and ammunition in contravention of the provisions of Act 75 of 1969, during April 1993. The Committee is of the opinion that Miemie Matsane, Boy Mokoena and the family of Japie Theledi are victims in terms of Section 26 of the Act and hereby recommends that they be referred to the Committee on Reparation and Rehabilitation for consideration.
