The conspiracy to murder leaders of the African National Congress ("ANC") in Ermelo during or about 1989 and 1992; 2. Unlawful possession of unlicensed firearms and ammunition and handgrenades at or near Ermelo during or about 1990, 1991 and 1992; 3. Any offence relating to the unlawful possession of firearms, ammunition and explosives disclosed by the evidence. The Applicant is hereby also GRANTED amnesty for all of the above offences.
