JAM, Mzukisi Deffender

Age 21

Description
A UDF supporter who was stabbed to death by AZAPO members on 4 August 1986 in KwaZakele, Port Elizabeth during political conflict between the two organisations. Mr Jam was fleeing from his attackers when passing members of the SAP allegedly shot him. He fell and was stabbed and stoned to death by AZAPO members.
