A UDF supporter who was detained in 1985 in George, Cape. He was assaulted by police and dumped blindfolded from the boot of a vehicle outside the town. He was again detained in June 1986 in Richmond and held for two months under emergency regulations at Middelburg prison, Cape. See police brutality.
