An ANC supporter who was beaten, shot at and detained by members of the SAP in Phokeng, Rustenburg, Tvl, on 15 September 1991 at the funeral of a `comrade`. Mr Modisakeng was arrested because he was wearing a T-shirt with a picture of a rival of the Bophuthatswana government.
