Description
An ANCYL member who was detained and severely beaten by named members of the SAP in Kagiso, Transvaal, on 17 June 1986 during the 1986 state of emergency. Mr Nomthuli was admitted to a mental institution as a result of the head injuries he sustained during the beating.
