A trade unionist and member of the Brits Action Committee who was injured when members of a covert unit of the Northern Transvaal Security Branch petrol-bombed his home on 27 May 1986. Five Northern Transvaal Security Branch operatives, including the divisional commander and the branch commander of Brits, and one member of an SAP Special Investigation Unit were granted amnesty for the attack (AC/2001/027 and AC/2001/240)
