DECISION
1. The Committee, after considering the application, the relevant documentation and the evidence, is satisfied that
(a) the application complies with the requirements of Act 34 of 1995,
(b) the acts, omission or offenses to which the application relates are acts associated with a political objective committed in the course of the conflicts of the past,
(c) the relevant facts relating to the particular offence have been disclosed,
(d) the offence do not constitute a gross violation of human rights.
2. Amnesty is therefore granted to the applicant, Petrus Jacobus Judeel, in respect of the following offence:
(a) Terrorism - contravention of Section 54(1) read with section 1, 54(5), 5496), 54(7), 64, 67, 68, 69 and 73 of the Internal Security Act No. 74 of 1982 during the period July to January 1992.
(b) contravention of Section 6(1) read with Section 6(2) of the Explosives Act No.26 of 1956 during the period July 1991 to January 1992.
(c) Theft of explosives at or near Rustenburg Platinum Mine in the Regional Division of the Northern Transvaal during 1991.
3. The Amnesty is granted in respect of the above offence flowing from or associated with.
(a) The bombing of the Hillview High School, corner Boom and Dr.Savage Street, Pretoria.
(b) The bombing of Cosatu House in Pretoria.
(c) The bombing of the post offices in Verwoerdburg and Krugersdorp.
