DECISION
The applicant was, during 1994-1995, a member of the Afrikaner Weerstand Beweging at Standerton. He participated in activities amounting to three counts of theft of ammunition and one count of unlawful possession of ammunition for which he was convicted and sentenced. He acted as a member of the Afrikaner Weerstand Beweging and completely in the interests of the aforementioned organisation. The requirements of Act 34 of 1995 have been complied with. The applicant is consequently GRANTED amnesty for:
i) Three counts of theft of ammunition on the 1st to 31st December 1993;
ii) one count of unlawful possession of ammunition in contravention of Act 75 of 1969 for which he was convicted and sentenced to three years correctional supervision in the Regional Court Durban on the 13th June 1995.
