End Conscription Campaign (ECC)

MR DE KOCK: The ANC, the PAC and then also various other organisations such as the End Conscription Campaign and so forth.

In the second act the Applicant participated in an operation to cause damage to the vehicle and property of a group of actors connected to the End Conscription Campaign.  The vehicle and property were situated near Witwatersrand University at the time of the incident.

GRANTED: amnesty in terms of Act No. 34 of 1995 for the crime of refusing to undergo military training in contravention of article 126 A (1) (b) of Act 26 of 1957, committed by him in or about January 1983 as a member of the End Conscription Campaign and on its behalf.
