Die polisie in Namibie ondersoek a tweede aanklag van moord wat verband hou met die bomaanval in Augustus op Untag kantore op Outjo en die daaropvolgende ontsnapping van drie gevangenis. Die 21 jarige Konstabel Ricardo van Wyk is gister aan beserings dood wat hy opgedoen het toe die drie gevangenis verlede maand naby Otjiwarongo uit aanhouding ontsnap het. ‘n Veiligheidswag het in die bomaanval omgekom.
