Tokoza has seen some of the worst bloodshed between the ANC and the IFP. One of its victims was the young civic leader, Sam Ntuli. He was shot down in 1991 in Khumalo street, Tokoza’s notorious alley of death. His killers have never been caught. // Those who have killed my brother we suspect that they are some of the members of the IFP, senior members of the IFP.
