The decision to kill Nohombile Mphambani was taken collectively at a mass meeting the applicants told the Committee. The ADM was oppressing free political activity in their location. // We were not liberated at all. We were not granted the opportunity to show our political affiliation and even our meetings were disrupted. // And did you really believe that by killing this woman you are going to feel liberated? // It is painful and I feel remorse because I took part in taking her life. Now I do realize that we were not supposed to have done that, but because of the spirit of the day I found myself in such a situation.
