This political validation was borne out in the amnesty findings this week. In an unusually swift decision Patrick Ndlubini and two other Cape Town self defence unit members: Two-Boy Jack and Maxim Phakamisa were granted amnesty before the week was out. The Committee found that all three had attempted to murder policemen with a political motive.
