This amnesty hearing will continue at a later date when the askari who infiltrated the Gugulethu Seven cell, Jimmy Mbane, will testify. But it is interesting to note that the Cape security policemen like Dolf Odendaal and William Liebenberg have not applied for amnesty. One wonders if they will be prosecuted for their role in the killings. That decision would be up to the Attorney-General.
