We appeal to those of you who may have suffered gross violations of human rights. Please, please December the 14th is the cut-off date. You must, if you have not already done so, complete a statement form that you hand over to the TRC because if in fact you have been a victim and you didn’t complete a statement form then you will not be eligible for reparation and we don’t want that to happen. We have been given this task of trying to reach everyone. Help us so that we may be able to help you.
