We had deep penetrations operations, so this led to the same kind of operations here against the military bases of the liberation movements within the neighbouring countries. So, that part of the war is how that developed and it was therefore an absolute necessity for the defence of South Africa to embark on these kinds of operations. Now that led to the concept of cross-border operations.
