Was shot dead and her body burnt by IFP supporters in Emakwanyaneni, KwaZulu, near Empangeni, Natal, on 12 February 1994 in intense conflict between ANC and IFP supporters in the area. Three other family members were also shot dead and their bodies burnt in the attack.
