Description
Was one of a group of twenty six men, alleged to be Poqo members, who were arrested in Victoria West, Cape, in April 1969, and held in detention for several months on charges of planning to poison the town’s water supply in order to kill white residents. Mr Fula was sentenced to three years’ imprisonment.
