Was killed in her bedroom in Wembezi, KwaZulu, near Estcourt, Natal, on 5 August 1992, when she was struck with a petrol bomb thrown by IFP supporters. She was niece of ANC supporters. Her brother was also killed, and an aunt was injured in the attack.
