A Huhudi Youth Organisation member who was tortured by members of the SAP when he was arrested in Vryburg, Cape, on 18 June 1985 following a commemoration of the Soweto uprising. He was arrested again in November 1985, and tortured to elicit a confession of murder. Mr Kgobadi was eventually sentenced to two years’ imprisonment for public violence.
