An ANC supporter who was stabbed and severely injured and her home burnt down by a named Inkatha supporter at Sinathing, KwaZulu, near Pietermaritzburg, on 1 June 1989, in intensifying political conflict in the area. Two other family members were injured in the attack. The family was forced to flee the area.
