Was one of four people shot dead during an ambush by named perpetrators in Phola Park, Tokoza, Transvaal, on 10 October 1992. The well known Phola Park community leader, Prince Mhlambi, also died in this ambush. The Goldstone commission later implicated a police informer in a disinformation campaign against the Phola Park Residents’ Committee headed by Mr Mhlambi.
