An MK operative who was possibly abducted from Lesotho and then detained at Jeff reys Bay, Cape. In August 1981, the Eastern Cape Security Branch handed Mr Kondile to members of Vlakplaas who took him to a spot near Komatipoort, where they shot him dead and burnt his body. Four Eastern Cape Security Branch members, including the divisional commander and the commander of Vlakplaas, were granted amnesty for the killing (AC/1999/0037).
