An AZAPO supporter who was detained under emergency legislation and assaulted by members of the SAP in Phuthaditjhaba, QwaQwa, in November 1986. Mr Lebakeng was detained together with three other AZAPO members, allegedly because they had been involved in an arson attack at their school.
