Was killed when a petrol bomb was thrown at her uncle’s home in Mamelodi, Pretoria, by a covert unit of the Northern Transvaal Security Branch in 1987. Four Northern Transvaal Security Branch operatives, including the divisional commander, and the deputy divisional commissioner of the SAP, were granted amnesty for the operation (AC/2001/061).
