A FAWUSA member who disappeared in Germiston, Transvaal, on 18 September 1993 during a strike. Mr Mafatle had accompanied a friend to buy a fridge. The fridge was delivered that day but the men never returned home. It is alleged that they were both shot by a named perpetrator and that their bodies were not identifiable.
