Was shot dead in KwaMagoda, Richmond, Natal, on 5 April 1991. Mr Magcaba, a Zionist lay preacher, was on his way home from church when he was killed in ongoing conflict between IFP and ANC supporters in the area. Thirty people died in political violence in the area from January to 5 April 1991.
