A member of the SAP who was killed by a group of COSAS members and UDF supporters in Atteridgeville, Transvaal, on 19 April 1986. Mr Masinga was assaulted at his home with sticks and axes, then dragged to a nearby school where he was stoned, doused with petrol and set alight. Four COSAS members and UDF supporters applied for amnesty, three were granted and one was refused (AC/2001/147).
