Description
A South African National Civic Association (SANCO) member who was shot dead in Vosloorus, Transvaal on 1 June 1990 when a hand grenade was thrown into her house and unidentified gunmen opened fire on the occupants. Ms Maziya`s infant son and her mother-in-law were also killed in the attack. Her husband, a SANCO executive member and well-known ANC member, was injured during the attack.
