Description
Was shot dead in Vosloorus, Transvaal, on 1 June 1990 during an attack on his home in which a hand grenade was thrown into the house and unidentified gunmen opened fire on the occupants. Zwelakhe`s mother died in the attack, and his grandmother died later of injuries sustained in the attack. His father, a SANCO executive member, was also injured in the attack.
