A UDF activist who was shot and necklaced by named AZAPO supporters in Mohlakeng, Randfontein, Tvl, on 21 May 1986. Mr Mobele was accused of bringing people from Dobsonville, Soweto, to support the UDF in Mohlakeng. A group of about 30 AZAPO supporters came to his house that evening and killed him.
