Was interrogated and then burnt to death by ANC supporters and local residents on top of a mountain at Pietskraal, KwaNdebele, on 1 January 1991. Ms Mtsweni was believed to be using witchcraft to harm two persons. Five ANC supporters were granted amnesty (AC/2000/131).
