Description
Was abducted and assaulted by a member of the ANC’s Security Department in Johannesburg in April 1994. The applicant suspected that Mr Ngubane and others had broken into his minibus and stolen sensitive ANC security-related documents and other goods, which were then handed to an IFP supporter. The applicant was granted amnesty for the incident (AC/2001/066).
